Framework planning on studio wall

What is a framework in ClickCraftPro terms?

A framework is a documented, repeatable system for producing and distributing content — not a one-off deliverable. Think of it as an operating manual your team can run without us, though many clients retain us for quarterly F-06 audits.

Framework playbooks and templates

Do we keep the frameworks after the engagement?

Yes. Every framework module includes playbooks, templates, review workflows, and archive conventions that your team owns permanently. We do not licence frameworks on subscription.

Single framework module planning

Can we start with a single framework module?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with F-01 Signal Map or F-02 Editorial Sprint before adopting the full rail. We recommend at least F-01 before production work so channel strategy is settled first.

Editorial sprint room timeline

How long does a typical engagement run?

A single framework module takes two to four weeks. A full Prism Grid engagement (F-01 through F-05) typically spans eight to twelve weeks, with F-06 recurring quarterly thereafter.

In-house team collaboration stand-up

Do you work with in-house marketing teams?

That is our preferred model. We design frameworks to complement existing teams — filling structural gaps rather than replacing headcount. Capture Kit (F-03) is specifically built for hybrid agency-and-in-house production.

Industry engagement roundtable

What industries do you not serve?

We decline engagements in gambling, adult content, tobacco, and political campaigning. Regulated industries such as fintech and healthcare are welcome — our editorial lead has direct experience in compliance-heavy environments.

Telok Ayer studio workshop space

Is the studio open for in-person workshops?

Yes. Our Telok Ayer shophouse floor accommodates up to ten participants for discovery workshops and sprint reviews. Video participation is supported for remote stakeholders.

Singapore CBD language standards context

What language standards do you follow?

British English is our default for all copy and documentation. Simplified Chinese adaptation is available for campaigns targeting mainland audiences. All public-facing web content uses en-SG locale conventions.

Still unclear?
